A committed group of Business and Community members founded Three Rivers Development in 1966 to maintain and promote the economic development of the area. Today, Three Rivers is recognized as an effective private sector vehicle that leads, partners, collaborates and advocates for the three-county region of Steuben, Chemung and Schuyler counties in New York’s Southern Tier.
